Theresa Alphonse, MPH

Health Systems Strategist | Implementation Scientist & Evaluator | Doctor of Public Health Student

I help health systems, foundations, and community organizations build programs that actually reach the people they are meant to serve.

I partner with foundations, health systems, and public health teams to move from intention to impact. My work blends data, implementation science, lived experience, and cultural insight to build programs that are effective, equitable, and grounded in real community needs.

For over a decade I have worked at the intersection of public health, implementation science, and community wisdom, designing strategies that are grounded in data, shaped by lived experience, and built to last.

My clients include Global Health Corps, Community Counseling of Bristol County, Boston University, Stonehill College, and health systems and nonprofits across Massachusetts and beyond. I bring clarity and structure to complex challenges, and I translate evidence into programs that work in the real world.

Whether your organization is launching a new initiative, refining an equity strategy, or evaluating what is and is not working, I am here to help you move from intention to measurable impact.

Let’s build something that lasts.

Bridging Healthcare Systems and Souls

  • "Courageous leaders embrace their vulnerability, and only through expressing vulnerability can a culture of belonging and engagement emerge. Thank you for not just sharing the facts, but being a leader in improving our workforce culture and ultimately our patient outcomes."

Jen La, Project Manager, Steward Health

  • "Nice job with today's training Theresa. Just enough information, presented in a compelling way, coupled with a smooth oratory style. Clearly you reached this audience.!"

Andrew Dawley, COO, Community Counseling of Bristol County

  • "This was my favorite workshop of the conference and what I found the most valuable! I love that the presenter demonstrated vulnerability and opened up space for all of us to be vulnerable. I am using the art of story-telling in all my meetings in my work, whether it is one-one or in groups. This was so powerful!!

Attendee, New England Regional Service Coordinator Conference
